Service
Level Agreements are contracts that are made between the Client
and Northwest Network Systems Integration.
The agreements detail the services which are to be performed and
other stipulations of the contract. The support and services
are normally provided during daily, weekly, or bi-monthly visits to
the clients office or corporate headquarters. Terms of the
agreement are laid out and detailed in advance so the client
knows what to expect and can allocate the required time for support
accordingly.
One
of the biggest advantages of having a Service Level Agreement
with Northwest Network Systems Integration is that the need
to have a full-time IT staff or Computer Systems Administrator is no
longer necessary (although our services can be tailored to work with
your existing IT department and its individual members). You
pay only for the services you need, when you need them.
A
fixed billing rate, set number of minimum support hours and a
schedule for visits are agreed upon between the client and Northwest
Network Systems Integration prior to the initiation of the Service
Level Agreement. Northwest Network Systems Integration
understands the need to be flexible with its clients due to their
special needs and scheduled visits or support hours may be modified
on an as-needed basis. NWNSI also gives the client the ability
to cancel any Support Level Agreement upon 30-days notice (another
added level of flexibility).
All
materials, equipment
and supplies used to provide the
services specified in the Service Level Agreement are provided by
Northwest Network Systems Integration. The agreements also
states that the services provided are considered to be rendered by
and Independent Contractor, meaning that NWNSI support staff
are not considered to be employee's of the client and are not
subject to receiving any employee
pensions, health benefits,
vacation pay, sick
pay or any other fringe benefit
plan of the client.
Service
Level Agreement customers also receive the benefit of our Online
Payment System which allows for multiple, flexible
payment methods (credit card, direct deposit, etc.). Our SLA
clients also have the ability to look up invoices and chart the
amount of time used for services online as well.
