NWNSI offers to our Service Level Agreement Customers access to our telephone and dial in support services on a range of different contracts with the highest level of service being 24 hours per day, every day. We use an extensive range of remote diagnostics, ranging from our Virtual Admin and Desktop Support System through to dial in via Internet and Analog Modems to expedite fault resolution.
Our fully qualified engineers support a wide range of Operating Systems including Windows NT, NT Terminal Server, Windows 2000 and NT Enterprise Edition allowing us to address a wide range of computing problems within a single support team.
Software Support Services can be extended through the use of full and partial system management, and on site software contracts. Contract arrangements can be fine tuned to meet specific needs, allowing true solutions to be delivered.
Hardware Support:
NWNSI has a dedicated team of engineers fully trained and equipped to repair, upgrade and maintain NWNSI and third party vendor equipment. Along with partner support companies NWNSI offers on site support covering the entire Western Washington region.
Hardware Support contracts range from extended return to base warranties through to 4 hour response 24 hours per day on site contracts.
Depending on customer requirements hardware support contracts can be customized to exact requirements.
Through our "Virtual CIO" and "Corporate Service Level Agreements", the responsibility of the critical day-to-day operations of your network and the components that make it up now fall upon Northwest Network Systems Integration, and we are up to the task of being able to provide professional, reliable and intuitive Information Technology services to you and your organization.
